How to reach Rabat:

​

  • Rabat-Salé International Airport. This airport is located 8 km north-east of Rabat.

​

  • Casablanca International Airport. This is Morocco's main airport, the fourth largest in Africa. It is located about 30 km south of Casablanca, the main air hub in Africa, serviced by 50 regular airlines and connected to more than 120 destinations (mostly in Africa).

The connection between the airport of Casablanca and Rabat downtown is served by train every 30 minutes. The train in Casablanca departs from the airport directly to Rabat (~8€).

 

The "less stressful" option is to take the train from within the airport of Casablanca (one floor below the arrival hall) to the final station "CASA PORT" and then take a new train to Rabat. This option means ca. 15 mns more than a 'better' connection but it is probably the most convenient.

In the train station of Rabat there are unexepensive taxis that can take you to your place.
